4/15 - As part as the Ship Shape Day in Shippensburg the Cumberland Valley Hose CO. is cleaning the stream that runs behind the station. Due to weather th plan was backed up. Most of the juniors and the advisors are the ones doing most of the work down their. Click here to see the pictures of the clean up.
4/19 - The juniors had their annual bake sale at K-Mart. There was a large amount of people that donated their time and cooking skills to make baked goods for the juniors. The sale was to go form 0900-1300, even though we ended an hour and a half earlier due to selling out of food.

4/24 - The juniors had hose training. Teh juniors pulled a crosslay off the engine then advaced it to find a trapped firefighter. The training went well. Even though this is something a firefighter always remember the juniors know that practice will make you a good firefighter. All the juniors, but one was in attendance.
5/9 - The annual Spring Fling held at James Burd Elmentary went great. We had a good turnout of help and customers. We all worked hard even though having to calls duuring the event. Helping the junirs at the Spring Fling were Shippensburg Mayor Bruce Hockersmith and his ife Janice Hockersmith. Thank to all that helped.
